  • 200g Carrot Tagliatelle (use a Spiralizer)
  • 1 Turkey Rasher (Pinched from breakfast allowance if on Advanced Plus Plan)
  • 1/4 Onion
  • Fry Light
  • Zest of 1/4 Lemon
  • Chilli Flakes
  • 100 Chicken Breast
  • 15g Cheese

Fry the turkey rasher and onion on a middle-high heat and add the garlic when the turkey turns golden.

Transfer in a bowl and fry the chicken in the same pan. In the mean time heat up water in a small sauce pan together with the lemon zest and chilli flakes until it starts to boil. Then turn of the heat.

Cook the carrot Tagliatelle for approximately 5 minutes until cooked but not too soft. When the tagliatelle is done, mix the tagliatelle with the turkey & onion. Plate the Tagliatelle with the chicken and sprinkle some cheese and coriander over the dish.

Finish with some pepper and salt. Enjoy!
