KONTROL is very simple to use.

Just empty one of the KONTROL STICKS into a glass of water, stir to mix, and drink the lovely tropical flavoured juice.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

KONTROL contains a high level of Glucomannan and dietary fibre which absorbs water and swells in your stomach. This triggers a feeling of fullness and reduces the amount of food you eat but still making you feel satisfied.

DOSAGE and DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Take ONE sachet THREE times per day – 30 minutes before your meal or between meals

1. Empty 1 KONTROL STICK into a dry glass

2. Whilst stirring add 200 to 250 ml of cold water and mix rapidly to dissolve

3. Drink immediately

4. Follow with a further full glass of water to ensure it reaches the stomach

You will start to feel full and this helps you control your hunger. This will help you to lose weight and control your cholesterol. Take KONTROL 3 times per day while following any healthy balanced calorie restricted diet.

REFERENCES

⁽¹⁾ Glucomannan has been approved by the EUROPEAN FOOD SAFETY AUTHORITY (EFSA) in relation to weight loss. Glucomannan contributes to weight loss when used with an energy restricted diet. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of Glucomannan based on three doses of at least 1g each, together with 1 to 2 glasses of water, taken before meals.

⁽²⁾ Glucomannan contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake in excess of 4g.

⁽³⁾ Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy yielding metabolism, functioning of nervous system and protein synthesis.
